Q: Do you accept OEM order?

A: Yes, Goods can be made as your special requirement. We can do the OEM on your own logo and package.

Q:What is the MOQ for the OEM order?

A: It depends on the type of the goods and your OEM requirement. Please tell the sales representative all your requirement, and our design department and engineering department will judge the case, and we will reply you in 1 hour.

Q: What do I need to provide for the OEM order?

A: You need to send us the design picture in AI or PDF format. And our engineer can make effect pictures to you for reference.

Q: How many pieces of goods can I get for the sample in the oem order.

A: We usually provide 1~2pcs of samples to you. If you have special requirement on the sample qty, please confirm it with our sales representative before placing order.

Q: How much do I need to pay for the OEM order?

A: It usually depends on the product type. Sometimes the sample cost will be refunded to you in mass goods production or it can be deducted from the cost for your mass goods.

Q: How long will it take for the OEM order?

A: It takes 5-7 days for the sample order; 10-25 days for the mass goods.

Q: Do you have any certification of your products?

A: Yes, there are ROHS, REACH and SGS certificate for PVC, Neoprene and Lycra Material, CE for LED and SDS for led battery.If you want full product certificate ,we can help authority to do for you.

Q: How about your R&D team?

A: We have professional research & development team, make us can release 3-4 new products every month, and to satisfy clients' OEM and ODM requests.

Q: May I get samples to test before bulk order?

A: Yes, we are glad to provide you sample before bulk.

Q: Why sample cost is higher than bulk price?

A: Because we need to make sample by manual working alone, which cost is higher than mass producing.
